booking and cancelation policies
What we need to know:
-LOCATION OF JOB SITE
-DATE OF REQUESTED BOOKING
-ESTIMATED STARTING TIME
With all bookings you will be contacted via text or email with confirmation of your booking.
- we have set up a cancelation policy we think is fair for both the customer and us.
-We do not charge for heavy rain day cancelations, machine malfunction or Covid 19 shut down.
-We do our best to work with you when it comes to cancelations…Cancelations charges are rarely used.
-To avoid cancelation fees, a booked day or multiple booked days should be canceled no less than 3 business days before the start date booked on any job site unless it is something unforeseen (as mentioned above). If this is the case please call us immediately.
